Steps for Ordering

1. Select the video(s) or DVD(s) you wish to order by using our "SEARCH" or "CATALOG SHOPPING" feature. You can also choose a video by clicking on the lefthand menu.
2. Once you have found the video or DVD you wish to purchase simply click "ADD TO CART".
3. You can then click either "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to purchase more items or "CHECKOUT" to complete your order.
   

Delivery Time

We maintain a large stock of inventory, usually shipping within 48 hours of receiving an order.

No Express Deliveries on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays.

EXPRESS ORDERS must be received before 1:30 PM Eastern Time to be processed that business day (weekends and holidays excluded). Express orders received after 1:30 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next Business Day. A physical address is required. Express orders cannot be sent to a PO Box address or to an APO address. Shipments to APO addresses can only be made via priority mail.

REGULAR SHIPPING - Depending on your location, you will receive your order between 5-10 business days after we receive and process your Regular Delivery order. These orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or First Class Mail. If you need the DVD or VHS you are ordering for a specific date, please indicate this in special instructions box on Screen #3 of the checkout process. Every effort will be made to get your order to you by the requested date.

Economy delivery is via the US Postal Service and requires 2-3 weeks.

Airmail for Canadian Orders - allow 10-12 business days

Express Order to Canada - allow 3-4 business days

Airmail for International Orders - allow 2-3 weeks

Surface Mail for International Orders - allow 6-10 weeks 

Making Payments

In order that we may provide you with the lowest possible price and best service, we ask that all orders be prepaid.

You may charge to VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not accept PAYPAL or prepaid VISA/MASTERCARD gift cards.

We realize that in some cases prepayment is not possible for institutions that are required to issue purchase orders. In such cases we will invoice you at the retail price upon receipt of your written purchase order which can be faxed to (610) 584-6643 or mailed to:

Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipping options include Economy shipping via the US Postal Service, Regular shipping via UPS Ground or Priority Mail, and 3 day, 2 day, and overnight Express methods. Express orders cannot be sent to a PO address or an APO address. A Physical address is required for express deliveries. No express deliveries on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or holidays.

International Shipments

Shipping charges are calculated by weight and will be shipped via First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International (allow 2-3 weeks). Vision Video cannot be held responsible for any delay in customs. Please be advised customs fees may also apply.

All VHS tapes are in NTSC format. Many countries outside of North America require PAL format. We no longer supply the PAL format on VHS and would recommend using DVD, if possible.

DVD movies are coded by region so that movie studios can control the regions of the world in which their movies can be viewed. Hardware manufacturers encode DVD players for the regions where they are sold. We have attempted to include the "Region" on as many programs as possible. If you are placing an order from a country outside of the United States and its territories or Canada, and the "Region" is not specified, please e-mail us at info@visionvideo.com.

Canadian Shipments

All prices are in US dollars. The regular shipping method is via airmail and should be received within 10-12 business days. Express shipping is available. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery. Orders shipping to Canada may experience a delay in customs and may not arrive by the date requested. Vision Video cannot be held responsible for any delay in customs. Please be advised that customs fees may also apply.

Shipping Rates

If, for any reason, a DVD does not meet your full expectations, return it to us within 30 days, and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price. We no longer accept VHS returns.

Public Performance Rights

Many customers ask us about showing video programs to church and school groups.
The Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), the group who has offered umbrella licenses to show Hollywood productions in public groups, has now teamed up with Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) to create Christian Video Licensing International (CVLI). For one small annual licensing fee, you can obtain a license to show all Gateway Films/Vision Video releases plus most other Christian and Hollywood titles. The CVLI provides legal coverage for churches to show home videocassettes and videodiscs of motion pictures for a variety of church activities, whether the videocassette or videodisc was purchased, rented or borrowed. This license does NOT cover materials that have been copied from another source or recorded from television. It also does NOT cover charging an admission fee for video showings.
