God tells us in his Word that he made the sea, and it belongs to him (Psalm 146:6). Throughout the Bible, this powerful creation reveals aspects of God’s character, including his sovereignty and providence. From this need sprang numerous worldwide ministries offering Bibles, lodging, chaplain programs, and even floating churches.
