Description

Little Lord Fauntleroy (1936, 102 minutes) — Young Cedric (Freddie Bartholomew), a poor nine-year-old Brooklyn boy, turns out to be the long-lost heir to a British fortune. His aristocratic grandfather (C. Aubrey Smith) summons him to move to England with his mother. Before leaving, Cedric uses the first of his newfound wealth to do favors for his old pals, especially his close sidekick (Mickey Rooney). A brilliant film adaptation of Frances Hodgson Burnett's classic beloved novel.

Our Gang Follies of 1938 (1937, 21 minutes) — Hal Roach’s Our Gang, aka The Little Rascals, are putting on a big musical show with Alfalfa billed as “The King of the Crooners.” However, Alfalfa insists his crooning days are over and that opera is his true calling. Following a scary bad dream, Alfalfa changes his mind and joins the gang for the grand finale.
