You'll marvel at the stark contrast between the bronze-covered Altar, with its implications of death, and the exquisite gold Lampstand, showing the way to life and forgiveness. The Table of Showbread, the Altar of Incense, even the Ark of the Covenant, will no longer be just mental images. You will feel as if you have walked on Holy Ground just as the priests once did.

Hard to visualize passages of scripture come to life as you appreciate what God has revealed when you watch The Tabernacle. View the program in English or German, with or without English subtitles. Excerpts from the guide are included in a PDF document (not the entire guide). Fullscreen.

Have you ever wanted to see inside the Holy place? Have you ever dared to imagine the experience of being in the Holy of Holies? In The Tabernacle viewers are invited to take an intriguing walk-though of this ancient, historic Holy place. In this newly released documentary, Antioch Interactive presents the meeting place between sinful man and Holy God. Through high-tech digital image technology, this video offers viewers the opportunity to see the Tabernacle in illuminating three-dimensional computer-generated detail. Displayed within its bound is the stark contrast between the bronze-covered Altar, with its implications of death, and the exquisite gold Lamp stand, showing the way to life and forgiveness. Normally hard to visualize passages of Scriptures describing The Table of Shewbread, the Altar of Incense, and even the Ark of the Covenant, will come to life in The Tabernacle. Viewers will discover the many components of the holy place and recognize their meaning as they venture through the guided tour. All Scripture passages (unless otherwise noted) are taken from the Holy Bible, New International Version (NIV). Also available is a comprehensive 53-page student workbook which is made to accompany The Tabernacle video. This study guide is available through Vision Video.

Harrison Ford may not have found it, but the lost Ark is now a virtual reality thanks to a computer-generated images. On this guided tour, viewers walk through the tabernacle that Moses built and examine its contents, from the East Gate curtain to the Holy of Holies and the Ark of the Covenant. Beautifully narrated, with biblical text describing each element along with a description of the significance of each, this program is recommended for its knowledgeable treatment of a perennially popular subject, as well as a source of inspiration.

This video offers an engaging, computer-generated tour of God's ancient, mobile dwelling. After briefly setting the historical context, the narration describes the function of the Tabernacle and the articles and furniture within it. Accompanying dramatic Scripture readings detail God's design for each component. Though written in a pedantic, documentary style, the tour transcends dry facts through its dramatic structure. From a wide survey of the Israelite camp, viewers progress into the outer courtyard, then into the Holy Place, and finally beyond the veil of the Holy of Holies. The tour's three-dimensionality compares to the latest computer gaming. Scripturally sound, the narration and visuals effectively make clear the solemn and compelling nature of the pilgrimage in God's presence and concludes by linking the Tabernacle's prophetic symbolism to Christ's fulfillment. By bringing often-confusing scriptural schematics to visual clarity, The Tabernacle will benefit Bible students of all ages. Vocabulary comprehension is approximately junior high level and up. An accompanying study workbook is also available.

- Excellent and Informative

This is an outstanding presentation all believers should watch it ...

- The Tabernacle

After watching The Tabernacle Documentary I was greatly enlightened about the preparation of meeting with God. I was in awe how the inner chambers of God's presence is for only His annointed and not to be taken lightly. For He is Holy. Aaron's rod is a miracle that when God chooses and confirms it's a revolutionary act on Jehovah's part. The rod budded and bore almonds. Remarkable!!!!! How I desire for the God of Abraham to use such a drastic measure in confirming me.

- The Tabernacle

This is an outstanding video. It is very informative. Information about the Tabernacle is provided in a clear and concise way. The addition of scripture is an added feature. I simply loved this video. It is highly recommended.

- Thank you

Very beautiful and very moving. I never would have appreciated the reflection of the gold hammered work if I had not seen it with my own eyes. THANK YOU.

- The Tabernacle

I really enjoyed the DVD. I recommend it to anyone wanting to learn as much as they can about anything concerning GOD.

- Tabernacle

I watched this movie about 20 times. I love this movie. I've studied the Bible for years but this movie gave me even a greater understanding. I knew I had to come to the website to find more. Excellent to perfect work within this movie. I loved it! Thank you very much for creating this movie. Thank you again!

- Good, but Not Great

I enjoy Bible teaching productions and there are many quality films made related to this subject and other Bible topics. Unfortunately, while this short 27 minute film has its merits, the buyer should not expect a History Channel quality production. In my opinion, the description of this DVD is a bit exaggerated. When they say, "brings this holy place to life as never before," I'm afraid whomever wrote this is not accustomed to computer graphics beyond the 90's. This video is essentially some very low budget computer generated models of the Old Testament Tabernacle with text from Scripture overlaid on the screen. Nothing fancy. Certainly nothing spectacular. No in-depth teaching. This is simply a basic overview of the Tabernacle as Scripture presents it. Throw in a narrator's voice and some nice background music and that's what you have here. The video is good, but not great. It's basic... and basic has its place. Don't get me wrong. Viewers who are unfamiliar with the Tabernacle will undoubtedly benefit from this overview, but the entertainment value is low in my opinion and the production quality dated.
